Hello Champions, 

I am happy to report that as of earlier this week, fulfillment is now complete. I uploaded the tracking numbers for the U.S. orders to BackerKit last night. 

Thank you all for a successful campaign! If you haven't already, be sure to check out the Uncharted Waters campaign. We have two new quests coming to you next year and late pledges are still open.

Hello Backers! 

On behalf of everyone at AEG I want you to know that we appreciate your support very much! I take your feedback to heart and am working hard to make sure we consistently provide you with regular updates. We had planned to launch the next campaign, Uncharted Waters, at a time when all fulfillment for Deepwood Defenders would be completed but as of today we are still waiting on a few of our depots to finish up. 

U.S. fulfillment is being handled by our partner, Studio2Publishing. Packages are shipping via USPS or UPS depending on the size of your order. All labels were printed and will show movement once handed off to the carrier. Due to the size and complexity of this campaign, it is taking their team a bit longer to get all orders shipped out. 

As of this morning, about 20% of the U.S. orders have shipped. I suggest that you set up a free UPS My Choice account in the meantime which will email you when your label is created and again when there is a delivery date. This way you will bypass the waiting time of me getting tracking numbers and passing them to you. I will continue to post updates here in the comments as we progress and will make a big update when I have more info. 

Fulfillment for Canada, EU and UK is complete. I have uploaded the tracking to BackerKit for all orders.

Orders in Asia are being handled by VFI, they started shipping early July but some of the more rural areas take 3-4 weeks to be delivered. 

Aetheworks handles our fulfillment in Australia and orders are being shipped out now. I am waiting on an estimate on when they will be completed and will post in the comments of this update once I get a response.

DEEPWOOD DEFENDERS
FULFILLMENT HAS BEGUN!

Orders began shipping July 1

Our Depots around the world are now shipping your Deepwood Defenders Rewards! You'll start to see email messages regarding shipping labels being created and orders being shipped. It's not uncommon for a shipping label to be printed days or sometimes even weeks before the order actually ships. Most orders are received 7-10 business days after they leave the Depot.

Once a Depot has finished fulfillment they transmit tracking information to us, and we upload it to BackerKit which generates an email from BackerKit to you telling you that your order has been shipped. We will update alderac.com/kickstarter as each Depot checks in. If your Depot has not finished fulfillment we won't have tracking numbers to share with you.

We are very excited to announce this year's new Thunderstone Quest Campaign:
Uncharted Waters!

The campaign launches on Kickstarter on Tuesday August 8th at 9am (Pacific). It features two new Quests, Raging Seas (Q14) and Ancient Adversaries (Q15). Both Quests are set in a new part of the Thunderstone world, the Great Sea!

We'll be transmitting a link to follow the project soon!

Each Quest also features a new game system. Raging Seas has a new exploration system which determines which parts of the Great Sea you can explore on your turn. Ancient Adversaries introduces a Totem mechanic tied to the ancient magic of the islands!

These quests are completely compatible with all previous Thunderstone Quest content including Barricades Mode for Solo and Co-Op play. They'll include 4th Level heroes and Plastic Dividers.

The bundle price for these two new Quests is $60, which will be a $20 savings compared to buying them a la carte!

Hello Thunderstone Quest Deepwood Defender backers!

My name is Mandy, I am the Customer Service Lead for AEG as of September of last year. I am located in Knoxville, TN which is also where our US fulfillment partner Studio 2 Publishing is located. In addition to handling your questions in Kickstarter messages and via email, I also work with all of our fulfillment partners to coordinate the fulfillment of our Kickstarter campaigns. For this campaign, that meant receiving manufacturing proofs so I could provide images to our fulfillment partners which took a solid 2-3 days! Here is a sneak peek of some of the content from the new quests:

Our developers have been doing a great job posting updates for recent campaigns at the beginning of the month. Going forward I will be checking in mid month for any campaigns that have not received an update to let you know how things are going.

Fulfillment Status: 

As of today, all depots have received their inventory for this campaign. The shipping manifests have been prepared and will be sent over to the depots this week and orders will begin shipping out on July 1st. There are a lot of products in this campaign, I expect that it will take a few weeks for fulfillment to be completed. The depots don’t typically provide me with tracking until all orders have been shipped out, at that point I will upload them to BackerKit but it means that there may not be line of sight to when your order will arrive. CLOSING THE PLEDGE MANAGER

Pledge Manager Closed & Locked for Thunderstone Quest Deepwood Defenders

The Pledge Manager on BackerKit has been closed and locked for this campaign. Order data is now being prepared for the fulfillment process.

Address changes will not be possible after Friday March 17th 

If you need to change your address, do it now.

Credit Cards on file with BackerKit will be charged next Wednesday so make sure the details are up. to date. If a payment cannot be processed, we will not be able to ship the game to you.

If you pledged more than $5 on Kickstarter, and have not completed your order, and you still wish to do so, your order will be fulfilled after we have fulfilled the completed orders in the system as of the 14th of March. Fulfillment of late orders should begin 4-6 weeks after fulfillment for orders submitted on time.

CHANGE TO FULFILLMENT PLAN

Thunderstone Quest Deepwood Defenders is now scheduled for fulfillment at the end of June, which is a one month delay from the schedule included with the campaign.
